Delete your Ween account
This permanently deletes your account and your personal data from Ween. You will be asked to verify your phone number first, because this cannot be undone.
This page belongs to the Ween mobile app on Google Play.
Developer: Innovative Intelligence Center
Package ID: com.ween.ween
ween.group · info@ween.group
Two ways to delete your account
- In the app: My account → Settings → Delete account.
- On this page: verify your phone number below and confirm. You do not need the app installed.
Either way the result is the same, and it is immediate.
What is deleted immediately
- Your name, phone number, profile photo and city
- Your password and every signed-in session
- Your saved places, follows and followers, and your block list
- Your loyalty points and their full history
- Your search history, in-app activity records and notifications
- Your push-notification registration
What stays, and why
Posts, questions, answers, ratings and comments you contributed publicly remain on Ween, detached from you — your name and photo are removed from them. Ween is a community where people reply to one another, and removing one person's messages would tear holes in other people's conversations. If you need a specific post removed as well, delete it in the app before deleting your account, or contact us. Backups taken before the deletion age out on their normal cycle.
Cannot complete it here? Accounts that own a verified business, and Ween staff accounts, cannot be deleted from this page — a business has to be transferred or closed first so its customers are not left stranded. Email info@ween.group from the number on the account and we will handle it.
Google Play.
Innovative Intelligence Center
معرّف الحزمة: com.ween.ween
ween.group · info@ween.group
